I’m Jen. One of millions, but try to live as one-in-a-million. I always joke that you can’t throw a rock without hitting a Jen or Jenny, but I also don’t know anyone who doesn’t have a good friend Jen. So let this Jen cook for you, and entertain you with a story or two.

I love food. The mountains. Books. A cold mountain lake (which I believe to be the fountain of youth, large gatherings and all the chaos that comes with them. I love to hear people’s stories and I love to tell stories.

·         What would I be doing if it was snowing outside: Either going for a walk, if I feel ambitious or reading by the fire, if I was feeling lazy

·         What would I be doing if it was spring outside: Planting my garden

·         What would I be doing if it was summer outside: Going for a hike and swimming in a lake

·         What would I be doing if it was fall outside: Wondering what I planted so many tomato plants in the first place and what to do with them. (Pico de Gallo, Tomato Gratin, Tomato soup, Salsa). Oh. I guess I do know why I planted so many.

·         Favorite place I’ve ever been: Florence, Italy

·         Bad habit: Driving too fast

·         Pet Peeve: People who drive slow (it’s a bad cycle)
